“I’ve worked with Kristy Childers since 2012. Our initial transaction was a small land purchase. Although it was not a big commission item for her, she delivered beyond the scope of her responsibilities in helping us negotiate with the seller, locate a builder and helped us through that purchase. Most recently, we listed our home which did not result in a closure (tough market with high interest rates). We made a decision after 6 months, to take home off the market and wait to relist when it makes more sense for us.
